I spent years running operations at a Medicare-accredited DME supplier in Chicago. I managed the ACHC accreditation, the billing team, the drivers, the documentation chase, and the daily chaos of keeping a small supplier compliant and profitable.

I know what it looks like when a claim gets denied because a CMN was missing a signature. I know what it costs when a driver shows up without delivery paperwork. I know the dread of an ACHC surveyor walking through the door when your personnel files aren't in order.

Every DME software company I evaluated was either built for large health systems — expensive, bloated, impossible to onboard — or built by people who had never actually worked in a DME. The tools that existed were designed to extract money from suppliers, not help them run their business.

So I built Reoxis. Not as a product manager who interviewed DME operators, but as an operator who decided to solve the problem myself. Every feature in this platform exists because its absence caused me a real, documented, expensive problem at some point.

I'm accepting a small number of pilot partners in Northern Illinois for 2026. For Chicago-area customers, onboarding is in person — I come to your location, sit with your staff, and have the system live by end of day. No remote handoffs, no support tickets for setup questions.
